POSITION SUMMARY
- The Quality Engineer shall provide quality support to assigned production operations to insure the integrity of components
and products produced by those operations. The individual will aggressively drive quality improvement efforts in assigned
area with goal of achieving “zero defect” performance and support process improvement and problem-solving efforts with
focus on protecting and improving product quality.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop final inspection as well as related quality record format
- Coach inspector for inspection and confirm the reject
- Leading Process Audit and report the audit results etc
- Report and track manufacturing process FTQ, Cpk, and cost of bad quality monthly to lead continuous
improvement activities
- Chair of top five quality problems meeting and update quality data
- Non-conforming material disposition
- Support customer complaints resolve (including internal action coordinating, root cause analysis )
- Track all corrective and preventive action status on internal improving
- Develop and implement SPC
- GP12 inspection monitor
- Process reject analysis
- Scrap cost monitor and improving
- Assigned other job

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
1. University degree or above, engineering background, mechanical preferred
2. 3 years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry or relevant mechanical/electronic manufacturing
industry
3. Be able to read engineering drawing as well as GD&T
4. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA and ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949
5. Be knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application
6. Good communication skills and team work style
7. Good English both in written and oral
