Job Substance:
Leading team to work out sales plan, achieve targets and put into practice and resolve.
Job Responsibility：
1， Leading the business team more efficiency and positive.
2， Team building and management, including but not limited business training and performance non-routine check.
3， Coordinate work among sales, operation to assure delivery with quality.
4， Execute sales strategic and scheme for regional marketing development.
5， Developing, establish and maintain good relationship with the new customers.
6， Replace competitors and provide other related engineering services.
7， Will being specified in the new projects.
8， Coach subordinate to assist customers in trouble shootings or in improvements of their work.
9， Control cost and recovery payment in regional, adopt workable measures.
10， Collect market information, trends, demand and analysis, to support business strategy development.
Job Qualification：
Education Background,
◆A university degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification, Bachelor degree priority.
Age,
◆30-45 years.
Experience,
◆Minimum 5-years working experience.
◆An experience in international enterprises is appreciated.
Basic skills,
◆Very good engineering background to understand the customers’ needs.
◆With strong communication and interpersonal skills, multicultural competence.
◆Strong analytical skills and professional business judgment.
◆Proven ability to interact with internal engineers of potential customers.
◆Proven ability to achieve the mission.
◆Adaptable and open to change and capable of handling a wide variety of non-routine tasks.
