检查产品电器图纸以及程序的正确性。

2.&nbspNew&nbspproducts,&nbspdesigning&nbspproblem&nbspcollection&nbspand&nbspfollow&nbspup.&nbspChecking&nbspnew&nbspproducts\'&nbspBOM&nbspand&nbspdrawings,&nbspand&nbspfinding&nbspand&nbspupdating&nbspthe&nbspproblems.
审查新设备图纸的生产工艺性，发现并解决问题。

3.&nbspDuring&nbspnew&nbspproducts&nbspmanufacturing,&nbspif&nbspfind&nbspdesigning&nbspproblem&nbspor&nbspbetter&nbspsolution,&nbspsend&nbspdetail&nbspexplanation&nbspor&nbspsolution&nbspor&nbspphotos&nbspto&nbsprelative&nbspperson,&nbsphelp&nbspto&nbspupdate&nbspthe&nbspdrawings.
在生产中发现设计问题或者更佳的解决办法，将问题说明、解决方案及照片提供给设计部门，协助设计部门更新图纸。

4.&nbspTechnical&nbspsupporting&nbspfor&nbspproduction,&nbspTrouble&nbspshooting&nbspon&nbspsite,&nbspTechnical&nbspdirection&nbspfor&nbspassembling&nbspoperators.&nbspHelping&nbspto&nbsptrain&nbspthe&nbspnew&nbspoperators&nbspin&nbsptechnology&nbspand&nbspsafety.&nbsp为生产提供技术支持，解答生产中遇到的问题，给员工作相关的技术指导。协助给新入职员工以相关的技术及安全培训。

5.&nbspSettle&nbspthe&nbspproblem&nbspin&nbspproduction,&nbspIf&nbspcan\'t,&nbspsend&nbspinformation&nbspto&nbsprelative&nbspdepartment;&nbspCorrespond&nbspwith&nbspproduction&nbspand&nbspdesigners&nbspand&nbsppurchasing&nbspand&nbspsails&nbspas&nbspwell&nbspas&nbspstocking&nbspabout&nbspthe&nbsptechnical&nbspproblems.&nbspProvide&nbsptechnical&nbspsupporting&nbspfrom&nbspproduction&nbspfor&nbsppurchasing&nbspand&nbspdesigners.
解决生产中遇到的问题，或把问题反馈给相关部门；协调生产、设计、采购、销售及库房之间的生产技术问题；为采购部、设计部提供关于生产方面的技术支持。根据生产中发现的问题，更新图纸或向设计部门提出更改图纸建议。

6.&nbspProvide&nbspreasonable&nbspsubstitute&nbsppart&nbspsuggest,&nbspreduce&nbspthe&nbspproduction&nbspcost&nbspand&nbsppurchasing&nbsptime.
提出合理代用件可行性建议，降低生产成本，减少采购时间。

7.&nbspProvide&nbsptechnical&nbspsupporting&nbspfor&nbspsuppliers,&nbspand&nbspwork&nbspout&nbspassembling&nbspinstruction&nbspif&nbspneeded.&nbspProvide&nbsptechnical&nbspfeedback&nbspand&nbspcomplains&nbspto&nbspsuppliers.
给产品供应商提供技术支持，编写装配说明；对产品供应商提供技术反馈或产品投诉。

8.&nbspStatistics&nbspall&nbspthe&nbspquality&nbspproblem&nbspfor&nbspevery&nbspoperator&nbspand&nbspdirect&nbsprelative&nbsptrainings;&nbspSum&nbspup&nbspthe&nbspquality&nbspproblem&nbspof&nbspevery&nbspproduct,&nbspbring&nbspforward&nbspthe&nbspupdating&nbspidea,&nbspcarry&nbspout&nbspthe&nbspimprovement.
统计员工发生的质量问题，给与有针对性技术培训；总结产品质量问题，提出改进方案，实施改进措施。

9.&nbspDesigning&nbspor&nbspApplying&nbspproduction&nbsptools&nbspand&nbspjigs,&nbspsend&nbsprequirements&nbspto&nbspsourcing.&nbspApplying&nbsprepairing&nbspabout&nbspthose&nbspdamaged&nbsptools&nbspand&nbspcomputers&nbspas&nbspwell&nbspas&nbspPLC&nbspetc.
设计或提出生产工具，工装需求，给采购部门采购；损坏工具，电脑，PLC的报修。

Qualifications&nbsp&&nbspRequirements:
1.&nbspCollege&nbspdegree&nbspor&nbspabove&nbspin&nbspAutomation&nbspand&nbspequivalent&nbspexperience.
自动化专业大学学历或相关工作经历。

2.&nbspBe&nbspfamiliar&nbspwith&nbspmechanical&nbsptheory&nbspand&nbspmechanical&nbspassembling,&nbspbe&nbspable&nbspto&nbspread&nbspautomatic&nbspdrawings,&nbspand&nbspworking&nbspout&nbspmanufacturing&nbspprocess,&nbspbe&nbspable&nbspto&nbspread&nbspand&nbspedit&nbspthe&nbspprogram&nbspof&nbspPLC,&nbspand&nbspworking&nbspout&nbspthe&nbspprocess&nbspbasing&nbspon&nbspfunctions&nbsprequirement.
熟悉电气制造和组装工艺，能对电路图纸进行分析并作出生产工艺流程，能对PLC程序进行分析和修改，能根据设备功能要求编制简单的PLC程序。

3.&nbspHigh&nbspsense&nbspof&nbspresponsibility,&nbspcoordination,&nbspstrong&nbspability&nbspof&nbspplanning.
有组织能力和沟通能力，具有很强的协调交际能力和强烈的敬业精神。

4.&nbspBig&nbspplus&nbspif&nbsp2&nbspto&nbsp3&nbspyears&nbspproduction&nbspmanaging&nbspexperience&nbspin&nbspa&nbspautomation&nbspmanufacturing&nbspenvironment.
有2--3年自动化设备生产企业里的管理经验优先。

5.&nbspGood&nbspcommand&nbspof&nbspEnglish&nbspon&nbsplistening,&nbspspeaking,&nbspreading&nbspand&nbspwriting
英语水平良好。

6.&nbspGood&nbspcommand&nbspof&nbspPC&nbspoperating,&nbspespecially&nbspin&nbspWord&nbspand&nbspExcel.
熟悉电脑操作，熟练使用Word,&nbspExcel等办公软件。

7.&nbspBasic&nbspunderstanding&nbspof&nbspquality&nbspsystems&nbspand&nbspISO&nbsp9000
熟悉ISO9001系统者优先。
