职位 boss 描述

Mission:\'

Support sales to achieve sales target in the MT team, establish and maintain a good customer relationship.

Dimensions:\'

number of the support case, related sales target fulfillment, etc

Contacts(internal /external): Internal: report to IPSS OEM/MT team leader, cooperate with BU, SFAE, SNC and region colleagues, good communication with other Siemens group: BU, CD, SS, PO, Siemens One; External: all relevant employee in the customer organization, especially technical engineer, service engineer, project manager and relevant management and other consultants, authorities

A r e a s o f R e s p o n s i b i l i t y / T a s k s:

1.Support sales Fulfill the sales target in assigned MT Team

2.Establish and maintain adequate relationship with related customers at technical and service section, build up long term relation with the customers in the assigned field

3.Suport sales to identifies and tracks MT business opportunities with the customer

4.Focus on but not limited to the products in the customers related to MT products, not only the new construction but also the existing system function maintaining

5.Arrange regular and scheduled technology training and products introduction( i.e workshops, seminar road show and etc ), support the customer to learn Sinmerik and other IA&DT products knowledge

6.Anaylse the new products, activities and behaviors of competitor and report to sales, superior and take adequate actions plan

7.Provide sufficient report to related sales or superior including customer technology status, project status, new technical highlight and work plan

8.handle the service happened in the customer and end-user, apply service from SFAE, APC, etc and trace these case

Electrical Circuit and Electronic Circuit

Control Theory

Sinumerik technology, include802Series,828D, 840D/840DSL,etc

Simodrive611 and sinumics S120 technology

Motor theory and driving system

Machine tools Mechanical Knowledge

PLC programming and Converter commissioning technology

relevant computer, networking, communication theory

Sinumerik and driver setup or commissioning

Sinumerik system application, operation and programming

Methodologies:

analysis and solve Machine problem skill

presentation skill
