Responsibilities:
1.Propose E&E business strategy under E&E CR guidance, achieve breakthrough in the business;
2.Set up and implement business development plan based on solid understanding and analysis to market and company capabilities.
3.Set up all necessary process and ensure new business smooth operation in E&E CR;
4.Take lead of the function to meet planed business targets;
5.Provide guidance and support to sales and technical team for the new business operation;
6.Build up connection with headquarter to leverage BD and technical resources.
7.Guide and organize some activities to make sure all member of BD team have competent knowledge in business development ;
8.Perform other duties assigned by E&E Department Manager;

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Sense of responsibility and can work independently, can work under pressure;
3.Solid experience and good understanding in TEC business;
4.Proven ability to create new business and develop service portfolio;
5.Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
6.Respect and safeguard company\'s image, reputation and benefit;
7.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
8.Good communication and interpersonal skills;
9.Good people management skill;
10.Good computer skill;
11.Chinese native speaker, good command of English; German will be an advantage.
