职位 boss 描述

职位职能: 认证工程师/审核员培训策划
职位描述:

Responsibilities:
1. Lead department training activities required by department\'s business development;
2. Set up all necessary processes and ensure smooth training operation in the department;
3. Plan, organize and implement training to make sure staff have competent knowledge in standards, directives and customer services to fulfill business and quality requirement;
4. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan within EEC acc. to TPS Quality procedure, promote quality achievement and performance improvement ; external lab assessment acc. to ISO 17025;
5. Search and development for the new standards, new directives, new EK decisions, new OSM decisions, new CTL decisions, and smoothly pass those new knowledge to the engineers and lab;
6. Perform other duties assigned by Department Manager;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree or above in Electrical, Electronic or other related subject;
2. At least 5 years working experience in the field of safety certification / testing, electrical filed is preferable;
3. Excellent presentation skills;
4. Strong capability of self-learning;
5. Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills;
6. Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit;
7. Fluent written and spoken English, German is preferable;
