职位职能: 系统分析员
职位描述:

Responsibilities:
1.Working closely with business departments
2.Discuss the business structure, IT issues and budgeting requirements
3.Interpret the project and the business department\'s requirements
4.Requirement Analysis: how realistic the business department\'s requirements are in terms of time, effort and cost
5.Work as part of a team of professionals, which may also include IT Engineer, IT Support Analyst, systems analysts and designers
6.Build models that fit into your analysis workflow
7.Analyze Business requirement and present/implement/organize IT solutions
8.Documentation of IT environment, ensures all IT infrastructure and processes are consistent with global and regional IT guidelines and standards
9.Participates in international project teams to develop standards, procedures and IT improvements
10.Implements internal quality management system, Creates (ISO controlled) documents containing the country specific standards

Requirements:
1.IT degree or equivalent education in computer science
2.Above 5 year of working experience in business application development/programming/Analysis; Be familiar with Microsoft Sharepoint 2007, Microsoft SQL server 2000 or above, Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 for corresponding B/S structure development
3.Programming Experience in website design/development, be familiar with ASP.Net and MS Sharepoint development; Strong skills in MS Excel VBA, C#, JQuery, MYSQL, HTML, XML, Javascript, T-SQL, PHP and etc.
4.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5.Have a good understanding of the business environment
6.Have strong IT skills
7.Keep abreast of new business and IT developments
8.Project Management abilities
9.Ability to solve problems/analysis independently in a timely manner
10.Able and willing to work in an international environment
11.Good command of written and spoken EnglishKnowledge in setup, operation, monitoring and maintenance
