职位 boss 描述

JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
2. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
4. Lead the planning and implementation of project.
5. Assemble and coordinate project staff
6. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
7. Manage project resource allocation.
8.Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
9. Plan and schedule project timelines.
10. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
11. Provide direction and support to project team. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
12. Quality assurance.
13. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
14. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
15. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
16. Project evaluations and assessment of results.

JOB QULIFICATIONS
Education Background: Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Production technology or other related subjects.
Working Experience: 8 years or above production related experience, preferably for an international company.
Has Off-Shore experiences, either as a Project manager or as (Lead) engineer.
5 years or above in Dept. management.
5 years or above in manufacturing industry.
Direct work experience in project management capacity
Proven experience in strategic planning
Proven experience in risk management
Proven experience in change management
Knowledge: knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
knowledge of project management techniques and tools
proficient in project management software
Skills: Qualification in project management or equivalent
Strong people skills,
Tactical planning skills
Fluent in both oral and written English.
