岗位职责：
评估、评审、监督和发展公司的外包制造商（挤压/机加工艺、技术能力、产品质量），以保证和提高其质量、价格、交付和服务的绩效。
Assess, review, monitor and develop profile outsourcing manufacturers of SCAP to ensure and improve of their QCDS performance.
任职要求：
1. Over 5 years’ working experience in production or R&D or design of Al-alloy extrusion， or Over 5 years’ working experience in machining industry.对铝合金挤压生产、研发或设计有5年以上经验，或在机械加工行业计有5年以上经验。
2. Over 3 years’ working experience in industrial programming (CNC programming).有3年以上CNC编程经验。
2. Previous experience in rolling stock industry is a plus. 有轨道交通行业经验者优先。
3. Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills. 人际沟通能力强。
4. Travel time is about 30%. 出差时间约30%。
5. Minimum of a University degree in metal material, mechanical or related fields. 金属材料、机械或相关专业大学学历。
6. Communication and writing in English is a plus.能英文沟通和书写者优先。

Sapa Chalco Aluminum products Co., Ltd. (SCAP) was established in 2011, located in Xipeng Aluminum Industry Park of Chongqing. SCAP is a joint venture between Sapa Group and Chalco Group, aiming at creating a world class aluminum extrusion and fabrication company.

SCAP business scope covers extrusion, heat treatment, FSW and CNC machining, focus on producing and design aluminum profiles and panels for rolling stock and other areas in transportation. The products already applied in rolling stock, trailer and marine successfully. Meanwhile, SCAP provide aluminum solutions for transportation with customer oriental service.

SCAP established a strategic partnership with CSR and CNR, to take full advantage of Sapa Group long term cooperation with Alston, Bombardier and Siemens to build cooperation platform, and to develop global rail transport market synchronizing with CSR and CNR based in China.
