duties:
工作职能：
to analyze customer requests and collect all technsical specifications necessary for quotation.
分析客户需求，收集所有报价所需的相关技术信息。
to find the best solution and estimate related costs, in cooperation with related design and purchase departments in china and overseas.
寻求***方案，预估相关价格，与中国及海外的相关设计及采购部门配合。
to formulate proposal to customer with appropriate selling prices, in cooperation with related sales personnel.
与销售人员配合，以正式的格式给客户报合适的价格。
to prepare technical and engineering documentations, useful for quotation or sales promotion.
配合报价或销售需求，准备相关的技术及工程资料。
to visit customers when needed to clarify technical specifications before and after quotation.
需要时拜访客户，在报价前后对客户做技术说明及阐述。
to do order follow-up as interface between production department and customer, always in cooperation with related sales personnel.
经常性与相关销售人员沟通，在生产部门及客户间跟踪与协调订单的执行情况。

qualifications: 岗位要求
degree/background 教育背景
· bachelor degree in electrical，mechanical，gauging 电气、机械或测量相关专业
experience 工作经验
· at least 2 years in industrial gauging applications or proposal or project managemant 至少两年量检具工程经验、或方案报价经验、或项目管理经验
language 语言要求
· excellent oral or written english capability 优异的口语或书写英语能力
other requirements 其他要求
· rich experience on special technical knowledge专业技术的丰富经验
· automobile industry experience and electrical，mechanical a3 gauging experience are prefered 在汽车设备制造行业以及具有电子测量、机械测量经验者优先考虑
· familiar with autocad or other mechanical design relevant software熟练使用autocad等机械设计相关软件或其他相关设计软件
· use office software freely熟练使用办公软件
communication skills 沟通能力
· costomer focus客户关注
· teamwork spirit团队精神
· flexibility, creativity, aggressive attitude灵活、创造、奋进
· self-motivated and ability to work under pressure自我动力、挑战压力
