职位 boss 描述

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

1. Promote products to customer and develop/maintain customer long-term relationship;

2. Make sales strategy and achieve annual sales goal;

3. Clarify customer requirements clearly, both technical and commercial;

4. Inform customers of new products and services as they are introduced;

5. Establish technical quotations and negotiations with customers;

6. Lead quotation process with other departments internally;

7. Make pricing strategy with business manager;

8. Make business plan and support other function for daily work (like project management, market study and so on);

9. Organize different teams to deal with customer requirements or complaints;

10. Identification of potential markets in the responsible territory;

11. Implement and maintain accurate CRM data base in professional manner;

12. Push to resolve A/R and other issues.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to influence or convince other people; strong communication and analysis skills;

2. Ability to start work independently in high pressure;

3. Frequent business travel is required; customer and result oriented;

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, passion & enthusiasm;

5. Vocational College Diploma or above in engineering or mechanics, willing to understand technical details;

6. At least 5 years working experience in machine tools industry, minimum 3 years sales experience with the solid commercial talent;

7. Good command of oral and written English is a plus;

8. Must have excellent interpersonal & listening skills;

9. Good presentation skills;

10. Solid knowledge of MS Office.
