职位 boss 描述

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

1. Answer service hotline;

2. Assist Service Manager to coordinate service calls;

3. Make travel arrangements for service engineers;

4. Maintain service data and follow up with HFOs;

5. Draft letters and fax documents;

6. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Three year college or technical school; 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;

2. CET-4 required;

3. Proficiency in reading and writing in both Chinese & English;

4. Maintain accurate and incisive interpretation between Chinese & English;

5. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English;

6. knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP and data mining on the Internet;

7. Basic mechanical & electrical knowledge required; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others;

8. Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Proactively consult with technicians about technical issues. Must possess excellent communications skills and be able to interface with customers and other departments in a professional manner;

9. Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Presents numerical data effectively;

10. Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
