职位 boss 描述

Responsibility/工作职责：
1. Push, propagate and execute company’s safety strategies and safety procedures.
推动、促进、宣传和执行公司的安全策略和安全程序.
2. Maintain and update documentation system related to EHS to ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Environmental Protection Act and Company Policies.
维护及更新公司有关的健康、安全和环境标准文件，以确保符合安全、职业健康安全法规、环境保护法规和公司政策.
3. Review and maintain all accident and incident investigation reports and make suggestions to prevent recurrence and follow up in the development of corrective actions
回顾、维护所有的事故和事件的调查报告，并提出预防再次发生的建议和对纠正措施的发展进行跟踪
4. Monitor safety related injury and illnesses
监控与安全有关的伤害和疾病
5. Update, review, monitor, follow and maintain company guidelines, policies, procedures and work instructions related to EHS aspects.
更新、回顾、监督、跟踪和维护与环境健康安全问题有关的公司方针、政策、程序和作业指导书
6. Provide health and safety resource to management and employees
对管理者和员工提供健康和安全资源.
7. Daily and weekly safety tour
每天及每周的安全巡视
8. Management of PPE
个人安全防护用品的管理
9. Daily safety management in the facility and organize safety activities to improve safety awareness.
日常工厂的安全管理工作及组织相关安全活动，提高全员的安全意识
10. Management of hot work and working aloft
动火作业和高空作业的管理
11. Coordinate, manage and supervise the safety trainings of the facility; conduct new hire orientation safety trainings and EHS specialized trainings periodically, conduct and organize the drills related to EHS.
协调、管理和监督公司的安全培训工作；并进行新员工入职安全培训、定期组织公司级的安全培训；并组织与EHS相关的演练；
12. Manage the chemical products and waste
公司化学品和固废物的管理
13. Contact with related authorities与相关政府部门的日常联系
14. Management of special work and licenses regulated by local government
政府规定的特种作业及操作许可证的管理
15. Management of Ergonomic projects & JSA for equipment in the facility;
工厂人机工程项目的管理及工厂设备的工作安全分析。
16. Weekly and monthly safety meetings and safety reports, follow up the identified safety hazards till the.
周度及月度安全报告，跟进所发现的安全隐患，直至达到安全要求。
17. Supervise and Manage fire-fighting system and Monitor all related safety accessories
监督和管理消防系统并检查所有相关的安全附件。
18. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
上级交待的其它任务。

Qualification/任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
大学本科以上学历。
2. 7+ years working experience in EHS management in manufacturing environment.
7年以上在制造环境的EHS方面的工作经验。
3. Familiar with laws related with EHS and knowledge related to safety production technology, capable to identify and evaluate hazards and source of danger; certified Safety Engineer is a plus.
了解EHS的相关法律法规及安全生产技术的相关知识，具有识别隐患和危险源的能力; 注册安全工程师优先。
4. English communication skill is a plus.
具有英语沟通能力优先。
5. Work with carefulness and sense of responsibilities
工作认真，有责任心。
6. Has strong communication skill and organization skill.
有较强的沟通能力及组织能力。
7. Has strong logical thinking ability, be able to find the problem in the work and make analysis and find the solution for the occurred problems.
有较强的逻辑思维能力，能对工作中出现的问题做出分析并发现解决问题的方法。
8. Team work player.
有团队合作精神。
