Responsibilities
岗位职责
Secretarial Support 行政支持
Drafts, composes, delivers, controls, files, tracks and responds to the documents of executive council
负责执委会成员有关文件、资料的起草、撰写、传递、整理、归档及跟踪反馈
Takes care of the logistics according to the schedule, such as expat affairs, car rental, accommodation, business trip, reimbursement etc.
根据日程安排及时做好相应的后勤保障工作，如外专事务、用车用餐住宿、出差、报销等

Internal Communications内部沟通
Communicates the philosophy, resolution and decision by executive council and its leaders, tracks the implementation and feedbacks
负责下达执委会领导及其有关会议精神、决议、决定，并跟踪执行情况，及时反馈
Schedules arrangement for executive council members; delivers the information to related departments.; assists in formulating the weekly itinerary of the company
安排执委会成员的日程，并反馈信息至相关部门，协助编制公司每周日程
Organizes the meeting above the department level, such as the board meeting, executive council meeting, operation council meeting, business operation meeting and subject meeting, on-site translation; composes meeting summary as required
组织协调部级以上的会议，如董事会、执委会、经营委员会、业务运作会议及其他专题会议，并负责现场的翻译，按需撰写会议纪要

External Communications 外部沟通
Answers the phone, keeps the record and forwards in time
接待有关人员，接听电话并做好记录，及时转达

Improves Secretarial Support competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高秘书部门的竞争力和客户满意度

Competency Requirements
能力要求
? Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Administration or English related fields preferred.
本科或以上学历, 管理学或英语相关专业优先
? 2-5 years relative work experience, automotive industry experience preferred.
2-5年相关工作经验，在汽车行业优先。
? Excellent verbal expression and writing skills in Chinese and English
优秀的中英文口头表达及文字处理能力
? Good at office software and equipments
熟练使用办公软件及办公自动化设备
