职位 boss 描述

BASIC FUNCTION
? Capability to put together QA manuals and QC procedures
? Knowledge of the various disciplines : civil works, mechanical (equipment, piping, welding), electrical, instrumentation, insulation and painting

DETAILED TASKS
? Organize the QA/QC department and establish an organization chart which will be operational and will match Client’s requirements
? Providing Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure that all requirements of Standards and Specifications for construction, fabrication and procurement are met. (Contractors) QA activities shall include Quality Control (QC) functions, such as inspection, testing and examination.
? Implementing, maintaining and developing the Quality System at site tailored for a specific needs of each project and in full compliance with the prepared and approved Quality Plan and Procedures, as per ISO 9001:2008
? Reporting and providing feed back to the Project Manager on quality matters regarding implementation and administration of QA/QC activities on the project including procurement and vendor Inspection issues.
? Coordinate with the Production Manager to identify problem of quality nature, and to promote quality awareness within the project team, suppliers, fabricators and subcontractors.
? Ensure that materials and equipment that are purchased meet Client’s standards and specifications.
? Advising on implementation, surveillance and audit on quality matters to Engineers and subcontractors.
? Make sure that workshop does not face site non-conformances.
? Compile all projects QA/QC records, and ensure that all of them are kept and filed to demonstrate that all work was executed in conformance with the QA/QC requirements.
? Train Company personnel on administering QA/QC systems and functions.
? QA/QC experience on pure manufacturing projects

QUALIFICATION
? Engineering graduate from university
? Shall have demonstrated knowledge and training in the ISO-9000 series international standards, or equivalent
? He shall be able to exercise judgment against the criteria of the standards.
? Minimum 10 years of direct experience in Quality Assurance system activities, of which 5 years must be in managing quality systems relating to shipbuilding, oil, gas and petrochemical projects, infrastructure, communication works preferably with some Middle East experience.
? Familiar with American (ASME), & other European Standards etc. Well-versed with General QC, QC Procedures, Certifications etc.
? Managerial capability to organize his department, to establish an organization chart which will be operational and will match Client’s requirements.
? Leadership capability to efficiently head his team.
? Personality, ability to become an efficient team player and persuasive talent with client’s counterpart.
? Management of the Quality Control system and Document Control system.

岗位目的
实施项目质量检验，质量控制；分析质量问题并持续改进质量工作；参与维护ISO9000质量管理体系及组织内审、协调外审核等相关工作；协助经理进行部门管理。

岗位职责：

1. 理解并执行公司制定的质量方针和目标。
2. 制定项目质量控制规划并执行现场综合检验。
3. 分析质量问题，持续改进质量工作。
4. 编写相关质量记录并归纳汇总，完善各类质量记录表格。
5. 熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系，协助完善质量管理流程。
6. 协助策划及实施ISO9000质量管理体系内审及协调外审事宜。
7. 通过质量方面参与供应商管理，在必要时执行供应商审核。
8. 执行特定产品的取证换证工作。
9. 及时准确的反映质量情况。
10. 管理、维护各计量仪器。
11. 配合上级做好日常管理工作，协调部门间关系。
12. 执行上级安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
教育背景机械制造、船体、轮机、焊接学士或以上学位。
工作经验 8年以上重工装备制造厂工作经历。
知识结构熟悉相关标准，如金属材料标准、船舶建造、检验标准、质量管理体系标准等。熟悉挖泥船优先考虑。

技能：
具有良好的识图能力、计划、沟通能力和一定的管理能力。
英语听说读写流利。
能接受加班及出差安排。
