工作职责：Job Responsibilities
对景观设计方案的全过程进行把控，把握进度、安排分工、把关质量；
Review or Complete in person space planning of all projects;
指导景观设计师履行职责，对设计质量、进度、成本实施有效控制。
Guide and review project work and relevant drawings at design development and construction drawings stages;
及时编制、整理技术文件，确保技术文件的及时性和完整性。
Renew and organize technical documents to ensure the time-efficiency and completeness;
收集分析相关资料，编制分管项目各阶段设计任务书
Collect and analyze the related data, establish and supervise the design specification of each stage in projects;
对设计中的关键节点进行控制，及时指导研究解决设计中的重点、难点和疑点。
Operate the key part of the design, guide, and research, solve difficulties promptly;
组织设计监理、公司相关部门对设计成果进行评审确认和图纸自审。
Organize design supervision, related departments in the company to self examine the drawing and review the design result;
及时解决项目过程中的各项技术问题，并协助处理好与甲方之间的关系，保持良好的外部合作环境；
Solve the variety technical problems in the process of projects, remain good relations with clients to cooperation ;
公司安排的其他工作。
Accomplish the other assignments that arranged by the company.

任职要求：Job Requirements
风景园林、园林设计相关专业，本科及以上学历；
Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Landscape design
8年以上相关行业工作经验，具有较强的方案规划和扩初设计能力，成功设计和操作过中型或大型综合性景观项目；
Minimum of 8 years experience in the field of Landscape Design;
有较强的艺术审美能力，扎实的美术功底，手绘能力强，对景观设计充满激情，有独到合理的概念设计想法和不倦的创意精神；
Creative with strong design philosophy, good at sketching, passionate in landscape design
熟练AutoCAD、Photoshop绘图和常用软件操作。对南北植物、园景材料等有较丰富专业知识；
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software; rich professional knowledge of south, north plants and landscape material
有良好的专业素养和沟通能力，有高度的责任感、敬业，有吃苦耐劳的精神和服务意识，具备良好的团队协作精神。
Excellent communication and people skills, highly responsible, good team working spirits
