职位 boss 描述

Roles & Responsibilities:
lead a team to do PV inverter in-line inspection and final product sampling inspection；in charge of daily communication with manufacturers to discuss daily defective issues findings, the production schedule, production process improvements and implement customer’s requirements；make inspection report independently in English and report to QC manager;support the manufacturers to improve the factory process and quality control process;track and collect new technology development information in solar industry, especially information related to our suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
hold bachelor degree diploma；4 years working experience in inverter or switching power supply factory or Inspection Company with QC or production back ground；experience to manage a team to finish projects independently.familiar with quality assurance system for PV inverter;make electrical and visible tests for PV inverter;familiar with VDE0126/VDE4105 standards;adapt to travel.
