职位 boss 描述

Job description:
1. Work with local and global team to develop piping related tool, like pipe groover, cutter, etc. This includes:
(1) Concept generation with vendor & global R&D team
(2) Interface with Marketing/Sales to refine concept to meet customer requirements
(3) Detail design to satisfy concept and meet design/manufacturing requirement
(4) Responsible for detail drawings review and approval
(5) Lead technical design review to guarantee design target achieved
(6) Develop and perform qualification test to validate design
(7) Technical specs/literatures preparation and approval
(8) Training sales/engineering service staff about new product
2. Coordinate new product development project with project manager to make sure the project completed as scheduled
3. Provide technical support to manufacturing/QA team to address production issue
4. Serve as a technical expert to help engineering service team with field issues
5. Technically support local sourcing & SQD team to clarify concepts/drawing to vendor/supplier
6. When requested, provide assistance to global/local regulatory team
7. Work on other projects assigned

Qualifications:
1. BS/MS degree in mechanical engineering or related
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant R&D experience, preferred in hydraulic tool design
3. Experience of FEA and CAD tools, Solidworks/ABAQUS/ANSYS preferred
4. Good knowledge of R&D project management
5. Good interpersonal and coordination skills
6. Good communication and presentation skills
7. Good working attitude
8. English skills in both written and speaking
9. Domestic/international travel
