职位 boss 描述

Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with the Project QAQC team to ensure successful Project Delivery
Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, equipment and construction activities, ensuring that they meet requirements
Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of the Contractor’s implementation of quality assurance arrangements and Contractor deliverables
Verifying through monitoring, surveillance and review the effectiveness and implementation of the project plan and procedures
Audit and non-conformance reporting
Proactive identification and rectification of Project weaknesses
Providing leadership in performance improvement
Represent the Quality function at relevant meetings
Review the quality manuals, QA/QC Procedures and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) prepared by the Contractors to determine if the Constructor’s commitment, organisation, quality system, personnel and processes are Ada equate to achieve contractual and Project requirements
Coordinate on-site inspections in all disciplines to assure the Contractor is effectively implementing his approved quality plans, and report discrepancies to the Project Quality Manager
Keep the Project Quality Manager appraised of all relevant QA/QC activities
Work with the Project Quality Manager to develop an effective QA/QC plan during pre-commissioning
Develop schedule of assessments and conduct focused technical assessments of the project work progress to ensure that the project quality activities and processes are effective
Analyse the QA/QC reports and status data, and will report any areas of concern to the Project Quality Manager
Promote and build awareness of the project QA/QC requirements and systems
Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards
Requirements:
Professional/academic qualification associated with scope of project delivery
Proven extensive knowledge of Project delivery in Construction & EPC Projects
Effective implementation of Quality Assurance/Control and Safety Management systems
Good experience of a Quality Management role
Working with design and implementation contractors
Working on engineering projects in a highly regulated environment
People Skills
Willing to challenge behaviours and actions
Flexible and open minded approach
Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
