1.大学专科及以上学历，英语水平良好，能适应海外出差工作；
2.具有三年以上的海水淡化设备调试经验，了解国内外海水淡化设备的设计原则、设备系统性能，具备独立完成海水淡化系统调试的工作能力，有相关设计经验者优先。
3. 具备审核海水淡化系统设计说明、设计图纸的能力；
4.参与EPC项目、设备招投标工作，为海水淡化的调试提供技术支持；
5.能够独立完成海水淡化系统的调试工作，具备对现场的调试工作进行技术指导能力，规避调试风险；
6.可以编制调试措施、调试报告和调试记录；
7.对调试期间发生的海水淡化相关问题进行技术分析，并提出解决方案及防范措施；
8.具备扎实的本专业的知识，熟知相关专业设计、调试规程、规范和行业标准，熟练CAD等常用设计软件及相关办公软件的操作

青岛华丰伟业电力科技工程有限公司（以下简称公司）成立于2006年7月，隶属于山东电力建设第三工程有限公司，系中国电建集团三级单位，是一家专业从事电力工程调试、运行、维护、性能试验、检修、备品备件供应的高新技术企业。

公司拥有电力工程电源类调试最高——特级资质、AAA级企业信用等级、高新技术企业证书、锅炉化学清洗A级资质等资质证书，并通过ISO 9001:2015质量管理体系、ISO 14001:2015环境管理体系、OHSAS 18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系三大体系认证。

经过十余年高速发展，公司现有员工规模达千余人，能够同时满足15个以上项目同时调试和多个大型发电厂运维的需要。自成立以来，公司已调试机组142台，总装机容量35764.5MW，在单体和系统调试、整机调试试运、性能试验和DCS逻辑组态、电气保护定值计算等方面业绩丰富，调试机组类型涵盖各等级燃煤、燃油、燃气、风电、光伏、光热、内燃机、海水淡化、核电常规岛等，是国内年平均调试机组数量最多、调试机组类型最全、海外业绩最丰富的专业调试公司之一。

运维项目共有34个，总装机容量27509MW，可以提供包括机组调整试运、长期运行和维护、培训指导、各级检修、备品备件供应等在内的全方位电站服务。运维业绩涵盖低压、中压、高压、超高压、亚临界、超临界及超超临界等各等级燃煤燃油常规发电机组，引导世界燃机主流的GE、三菱、阿尔斯通、西门子等燃气-蒸汽轮机联合循环发电机组，以及光热、光伏、风能等新能源电站。

Qingdao Huafeng Weiye Electric Power Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the company) was founded in July of 2006. It is the subsidiary of SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. and the third-level subsidiary of POWERCHINA. The company is a high and new tech enterprise that specialized in commissioning, operation, maintenance, performance testing, overhaul and spare parts supply of electric power engineering.

The company possesses the Power Source Commissioning Special Grade (the top grade) Qualification and the Enterprise Credit Grade AAA Certification, the High and New Tech Enterprise Certification, the Boiler Chemical Cleaning A Grade Qualification, and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, the ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management System Certification and the OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupation Health Safety Management System Certification.

After more than ten years of rapid development, there are more than 1000 employees in the company that can simultaneously satisfy the commissioning requirements to more than 15 projects and O&M requirements to several large power plants.
