职位 boss 描述

工作内容：
1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 2. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines regarding quality and QMS. 3. Conduct periodic QMS audits at all locations to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update quality policies, procedures, and work instructions. 5. Review and approve QMS-related documents, including quality manuals, protocols, reports, and validations. 6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide support for the implementation of quality improvement projects. 7. Maintain and analyze Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 8. Develop and deliver training programs related to the QMS to ensure awareness and understanding across the organization. 9. Lead and/or participate in investigations of non-conformances, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions. 10. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management and assurance.

职位要求；
1. Bachelor’s degree is minimum required, master’s degree is a plus, MBA is a plus, 2. Automotive background mandatory 3. 15+ years of experience in Quality Management or quality assurance roles, preferably in a global, regulated environment. 4. In-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and standards, such as IATF16949, VDA Requirements (especially VDA6.3, VDA6.5) 5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. 6. Proficiency in QMS software and tools, as well as MS Office applications. 7. Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) are a plus 8. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and requirements to diverse audiences. 10. Willingness to travel globally as required. 11. Fluent English (in written and oral) is required, Japanese is a plus.
