职位介绍：
岗位职责：
1. 负责工业设备、电气设备及机械设备的日常维修与故障排除；
2. 按计划完成设备的定期维护和保养工作，确保设备稳定运行；
3. 协助设备改进与优化，提出技术改进建议，参与相关方案实施；
4. 负责维修记录的整理与汇报，确保维修工作的规范化管理。

任职要求：
1. 学历不限，具有5-10年相关设备维修经验；
2. 年龄在35-55岁，熟悉电气及机械设备的结构与维修方法；
3. 有硫化机、密炼、开炼、夹具等设备维护经验者优先；
4. 工作认真负责，具备良好的服务意识及团队协作能力。
