职位 boss 描述

Job Description:

1,Develops project plan and oversees the projects from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes and resources.
2,Responsible for managing project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.
3,Manages allocated resources to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project.
4,Leads multifunctional teams comprised of internal, external and/or matrix headcount to complete projects.
5,Provides engineering leadership to team members to achieve project goals.
6,Interfaces and coordinates with customers to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.
7,Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.

Requirement:

1,Previous experience of project management ideally on a international scale.
2,A solid experience with machining are required, casting background preferred.
3,Working knowledge of the machining industry is preferred, knows PPAP process.
4,Ability to work well within a team
5,Ability to work under pressure and to tight project timescales.
6,Customer focused attitude.
7,Excellent English Language Skills

Remarks:This position requies good knowledge of casting and machining.
