Job Summary：岗位概况
Be responsible for all instrument repair and preventive maintenance and storage management. Assist E&I maintenance leader in arrange manpower and assignment.
负责工厂所有仪表设备维修、保养和库存管理。协助机电维修组长人员安排和工作分配。
Scope and Responsibilities：岗位职责
Prepare automation control system maintenance plan, and update on the practice basis accordingly
制定自动控制系统维护计划并根据设备操作基础定期更新
Take right action to the daily troubleshooting and to recover the function in time
对日常设备故障采取对应措施并及时修复；
Carry out the planned maintenance on all plant electric system and Automation control system.
按计划实行工厂电气系统和自动控制系统的维护工作；
Develop and improve the relevant standard operation procedure or work instruction and provide technic support for the technician
制定并改进相关标准操作流程或工作指示，并为技术师提供相应技术支持；
Record data and times of inspections, tests, and repairs; maintain right history records and engineering filing
记录所有设备检测、维修的数据和对应时间；保存相关维修历史记录和工程档案
Inspect and guide routine cleaning and regular maintenance in production lines and plant area
对工厂和生产线的日常清理和维护工作进行监督和指导；
Assist E&I maintenance leader to inspect and manage the sub-contractors for overhaul, project, or other maintenance service
协助机电维修组长对工厂检修、工程项目和其他维护工作的承包商监督和管理；
Provide support to warehouse for components and equipment receiving
对零部件和设备入库保存和接收提供支持；
Participate in engineering activities to improve the plant production efficiency, equipment and process
参加相关活动来改进工厂生产效率以及设备流程工作情况；
Assist E&I maintenance leader on components and electrical equipment evaluation, and supplier recommendation
协助机电维修组长完成零部件和电气设备检视评估，以及供应商推荐；
Make a good electrical equipment and automation equipment document management
负责电器和自动化设备资料的管理；
Spare parts control 备用零件管理；
In charge of professional instrument training in the plant
负责工厂专业化工具操作培训；
Cooperate with other engineer to get job done
和其他工程师协调配合促进工作完成；
Other tasks assigned by his supervisor
完成主管指派的其他工作。
Experience：工作经验要求
With more than 2 years’ experience in electrical maintenance and assembling.
机械维修和装配行业2年以上工作经验；
With more than 2 years’ experience in power plant.
发电厂2年以上工作经验
With Computer skill (Word、Excel)
熟练word、excel等电脑操作
Education：教育背景
BA major in Electrical engineering or related subject.
