职位 boss 描述

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and organize service plan;
2. Dispatch and arrange service tasks to service engineer;
3. Check and control the schedule of service plans;
4. Manage and develop the service working efficiency;
5. Manage and support on-site service;、
6. Manage and control the service tools & equipment;
7. Provide regular service reports;
8. Department HSE work;
9. Communicate and coordinate with other departments, customers, shipyards and company
headquarter;
10. Be responsible for the department management.

工作职责：
1. 服务计划的组织制定；
2. 服务任务的调配和安排；
3. 服务计划的进度控制；
4. 服务工作效率的管理与改善；
5. 服务现场管理及支持；
6. 服务工具设备的管理与控制；
7. 定期的服务报告；
8. 安全检查与问题处理；
9. 与各部门，客户，船厂及总部的沟通协调；
10.负责部门内部管理工作。

Requirments:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major related to electrical is preferred;
2. Five years or above related commissioning service experience, and at least three years related management experience;
3. Good planning and organizational skills;
4. Good team management and coordination ability;
5. Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit.

职位要求：
1. 本科以上或同等学历，电气相关专业为佳；
2. 具五年以上调试服务工作经验，至少三年以上管理工作经验；
3. 良好的计划组织能力；
4. 良好的团队管理及沟通协调能力；
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
