职位 boss 描述

Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement solar cells&wafers in-line inspection and final product sampling inspection in the factory;in charge of daily communication with manufacturers to discuss daily defective issues findings, the production schedule, production process improvements and implement customer’s requirements;generate inspection report independently in English and report to QC manager;
Requirements:
hold at least a bachelor degree diploma;at least 4 years working experience in Solar cells&wafers factory with QC or production back ground;experience on solar cells&wafers OQC inspection, with IQC, IPQC experience would be a plus;familiar with quality assurance system for solar cells&wafers;ability to implement electrical test, visible test, mechanical test and most of the test items for solar cells&wafers quality under industrial standard;adapt to business travel in China and worldwide;fluent in English, Mandarin and be able to write professional reports in both languages.
