职位 boss 描述

岗位职责：
1.协助厂长做好生产安排，生产数据管理，全面完成生产任务；
2.协助厂长组织、合理安排，生产与调度等管理工作；
3.组织生产与质量管理工作，抓好各车间生产进度完成情况；
4.负责全厂的安全生产，搞好安全教育，定期组织安全联查活动，及时整改安全隐患或防范措施的落实；
6.负责对车间人员的管理工作。

任职资格
1.大专及以上学历，年龄45岁以下；
2.从事钢结构生产制造相关工作8年以上，同岗位或相关岗位经验3年以上；
3.有生产制造生产管理经验，同行业工作经验者优先。
